Return and refund policy
We are delighted to offer a refund or exchange for any items that may have sustained damage or were mistakenly purchased within a 7-day window from the date of purchase, provided proof of payment is available (your original order form serves as sufficient documentation).

General products must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Medicines and supplements must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase, due to storage and safety considerations.
Upon receiving your Petszapp package, we kindly ask you to inspect its contents promptly. Should any items appear damaged due to shipping, it is imperative to notify us immediately upon unpacking. Additionally, we request that you retain all packaging materials from the shipment.

Garments (clothes), toys, and pet beds are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Certain health concerns, such as fleas, ticks, and ringworm, can be transmitted through used items from one animal to another.

Items returned in a state of wear, alteration, damage, dirtiness, or any condition that renders them unsuitable for resale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
