Steroidal anti-inflammatory

Formula: Each 100 mg tablet contains: Prednisolone 20 mg.

Indications: Allergic dermopathologies. Nonseptic arthropathies. Other non-infectious inflammatory conditions, such as hypersensitivity. Treatment of immune-related conditions and endogenous corticoid deficiency.

Dosage:

As anti-itching: Dogs and cats: 1 tablet every 10 to 20 kg bw (1 to 2 mg/kg). Interval between doses: Every 12 or 24 hours. Treatment duration: 3 to 5 days. In long-term treatments (maintenance): 1 tablet every 10 to 20 kg bw (1 to 2 mg/kg). Interval between doses: Every 48 hours. Gradually decrease the dose every 7 to 10 days, until the maintenance is achieved with a minimum dose.
